We got here last night very late on the train (Amtrak). Exhausted!! No time to post much of a trip update, but I wanted to let y'all know that hubs and I are here, and we're about to go down to find some lunch. The streets here on a normal Wednesday night are worse than Dallas on the night of the Texas-OU game if BOTH teams had lost and they made beer illegal. Wish us luck . . . say a little prayer. *grin*

I've got to practice my giftwrapping this afternoon, too. Totally all thumbs after being on a train for 36+ hrs. Train also bit me--not the Texas Eagle, the Lake Shore Limited--on the finger. Got band-aid. *sigh* But I'll be OK even if I don't win.
