Congrats on your word count. The old (younger) Dennis would be able to give you a run for your money, but the fingers don't fly as they once did. Yesterday's count was _exactly_ 1667 words. Didn't plan it that way, it was just a fortuitous coincidence. I'm trying something new with this novel, just as I am with COLOR RADIO. In that one, I completely did away with dialogue attributions (ENOUGH IS ENOUGH has them, but they're adverb-free); the new one has a major change in form. I've never seen this approach taken before, and what better place to try it out that in NaNo? And now we return you to your regularly scheduled banging away at the keyboard.
