Claustrophobia has a downside
Aug. 11th, 2008 12:34 pmOld One-Note back again.
I need some Good Thinks around 3:20 to 5 PM today, when I'll be having an hour-and-a-quarter-long MRI of the brain/pituitary with contrast (ugh!) Of course we want no abnormalities, but also we don't want to panic during the test. . . . I don't expect them to find anything bad, but it's still nerve-wracking. Modern medicine has its trade-offs!
Thanks in advance if anyone can spare a prayer for me.
Next up: why the BAD books that get published are going to turn off the readership for an entire series--and the backlash that the latest Meyer teen vampire book is having (the book is being returned by hundreds and burned by others.)
Or maybe not. Depends on whether I feel like getting into all that and am worked up enough to take all the debate. . . .
